To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase
- The full delivery window must have passed (see shipping times)
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–2 weeks for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
